2013 Fiesta Bowl tickets now available! The 2012 Fiesta Bowl was a game for the ages. Though Stanford fans were sorely disappointed, the 2012 Fiesta Bowl was a great game to watch. Andrew Luck threw 27 for 31. Luck is a star quarterback and is destined to do great things. Though Luck played a great game, Stanford couldn’t stop Justin Blackmon. Blackmon scored three touchdowns. He also made a fourth-down catch that was crucial for OSU’s final touchdown. In the face of a tie, Coach David Shaw called for a field goal. This is where tragedy began for Stanford. Freshman kicker Jordan Williamson missed the field goal. No matter the result of the game, the Stanford Cardinals played a great game. They held their own against Oklahoma, but just couldn’t close it out. The 2012 Fiesta Bowl was an awesome game to watch.
