A British-American rock band formed in 1979 by Mick Jones, Ian McDonald, and Lou Gramm has sold over 70 million albums worldwide. The band's debut album Foreigner was released in March 1977 and sold more than four million copies in the United States with such hits as "Feels Like the First Time," and "Cold as Ice" .Their second album, Double Vision (1978), sold five million records and spawned "Hot Blooded," and the title track "Double Vision". Their third album, Head Games (1979), which was referred to by Gramm as their "grainiest" album, was also successful because of the thunderous "Dirty White Boy" and another title track hit "Head Games." For Head Games, bassist Ed Gagliardi was replaced by Englishman Rick Wills. Since, then have released nine albums and current band members include Mick Jones, Mark Schulman, Thom Gimbel Jeff Pilson, Kelly Hansen, and Michael Bluestein.
