If you love unconventional high energy dance with ordinary objects like brooms and even trash cans for percussion--then STOMP is right up your alley! This unusual yet sensational dance troupe began in Brighton, UK first performing together in various television shows, strert comedy performances, and commercials during the 1980's.  It wasn't until 1991 that creators Steve McNicholas and Luke Cresswell wrote and produced STOMP, which premiered at London's Bloomsbury Theatre. Between 1991 and 1994, the original cast of STOMP played to capacity audiences around the world from Hong Kong to Barcelona, from Dublin to Sydney. The touring culminated in a sell-out season at London’s Sadler’s Wells Theatre in January 1994, where STOMP received an Olivier nomination for Best Entertainment Award and won Best Choreography Award in a West End show. Original cast members include Luke Cresswell, Nick Dwyer,Sarah Eddy, Theseus Gerard, Fraser Morrison, David Olrod, Carl Smith, and Fiona Wilkes.  After traveling and touring worldwide for the rest of the 90's and 2000's, In 2007, STOMP OUT LOUD opened in Las Vegas at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
